Why we don't say "factory direct"
Buyers hear "factory direct" and assume the cheapest possible price. Reality is different: a compliant shipment needs the supplier who can issue the documents your customs broker will ask for, and that is rarely the cheapest line on Alibaba. We position as agent-sourced — meaning we screen, sample, and document the factory behind every SKU. Price is not the first conversation. Documentation is.
If your priority is rock-bottom unit price, we are not the right supplier. If your priority is a shipment that clears EU customs without a 30-day hold, we should talk.
Logistics
What "DDP to the EU" actually means
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is the buyer-friendliest Incoterm: we deliver to your warehouse with duties and import VAT pre-paid. You receive one invoice from us, no surprise bills from a customs broker, no waiting at the border for duty transfer. For EU B2B resellers without an EORI number of their own, this is the only sane way to import.
We DDP all EU shipments by default. Sea freight for full containers; air for samples and small MOQ drops. Transit time is 18–25 days by sea, 5–8 days by air, door-to-door.

Why we screen on the inbound side too
Roughly half of the inquiries we receive are not fit for an agent model: drop-shippers wanting retail markup, individuals asking for one unit, broker spam. Replying to all of them with a quote is wasted effort on both sides. We screen on the first message: registered business, target country, category, expected volume. Three questions, no sales call.
It means our reply rate is higher than the industry average and our quote turnaround is faster. If we reject your inquiry, it is not personal — it is usually because we know we are not the right fit and we do not want to waste your week.
Vape reality
Why we don't hold vape inventory
Vape regulation in the EU moves quarterly: TPD amendments, MHRA-style notifications, country-by-country flavour bans, ingredient blacklists. A factory that holds 50,000 units of a flavour is one regulator letter away from a write-off. We do not hold stock for that reason — every vape shipment is built against a buyer's confirmed order, with the flavour profile and notification chain reviewed at quote time.
Lead time is longer than adult wellness (45–60 days vs 25–35), but the compliance margin is in your favour.
